For five years since our  establishment, we have supported financially 100 projects of local NGOs aiming to:

• eliminate all forms of violence against women;
• support the economic independence of women by reducing women's poverty and unemployment;
• encourage women's active participation in political and public life and their promotion in decision-making positions;
• achieve equal opportunities for women's groups in disadvantaged position;
• protect rights of women with different sexual orientation;
• ensure women's access to high technologies; 
• build young women and girl’s leadership capacity;
• provide access to health care for all girls and women as part of their basic  human rights.

Since our founding five years ago, we have been devoted to supporting and partnering with human rights organizations working on women and girls’ issues. Going deeper in women’s problems, we define several significant topics to direct during the next five years. Our Strategic Plan for development 2009 – 2013 is focused on several main areas of work:

• Youth Program
• Women’s Rights Program
